Adjust size 3 xfitter 36

Alexander Glazov requested to merge adjust_size_3_XFITTER-36 into master
  • Discussed with Renat reduction of internal array in QEDEVOL. This now matches approximately QCDNUM grid definition (was x20 too large, left over from detailed grid tests)
  • Initial adjustment of steering.txt.ALLdata and dimensions.h files.
  • Checked that minimal job is still "grid/batch friendly" : < 2G memory usage
