A set of updates before the final release built.

  1. Use standard free font for xFitter version drawing

  2. Update install-xfitter script to setup APFELGRID properly and to read xFitter tar from hepforge. Fixes XFITTER-52

  3. New script ToAppfelGrid.py to simplify usage of APFELgrids

  4. Some other small updates
