FTS-1726: Schema version 7.0.0

schema-7.0.0 into develop

The following 3 files are added:

  • fts-schema-7.0.0.sql: this file was generated via dump of a database upgraded to schema 7.0.0 via fts-schema-6.0.0.sql + fts-diff-7.0.0.sql. Default configuration values are also added, similarly to the other fts-schema-*.sql files
  • fts-diff-7.0.0.sql: SQL update script with the changes introduced by schema 7.0.0
  • fts-downgrade-7.0.0.sql: SQL downgrade script to undo the changes introduced by schema 7.0.0

Further more, the server is modified to expect schema version 7.0.
