Two changes 1- added to pycollimate in the init of the Proton structure a save of the initial coordinates in order to check at the end if the particle has interacted, and lost energy 2- track inside server has been modified to use UNIX socket instead of internet one. This means that a filedescriptor is used to setup the socket between python and MADX. That allows to have multiple pairs of server-clients running on the same machine in different folders
