Code refactorization.

Follow an electron trajectory from start to end (instead of tracking it only for n collisions and then move to the next electron in the avalanche). Interval for plotting can now be set independently of the ones for storing the drift line points. Simplify the interfaces to access the electron (and hole) 'endpoints' (trajectories).
