In ComponentGrid:

  • Addition of particle maps (ion, negative ion, electron, hole) in order to get particle densities maps
  • Densities are interpoleted in the same way as Efield.
  • Addition of a method to set Uniform Efield

In AvalanhceMC:

  • Uniformisation of EnableDiffusion,.... methods and change in the exemple
  • Addition of the recombination process based on grid densities only (m_useDensityMap). The recombination coefficient alpha is still hard-coded.
