counters in vectors
I tried a vector of counters in my algorithm, and since filling this vector without reserving before might result in relocation,
i segfault in finalize of Gaudi::Algorithm, when the CounterHolder
tries to access m_counters
.
We should do something about that. Make counters non-copyable seems somehow uncool, but how else does one keep the m_counters
map up to date?
EDIT: another idea would be to "unregister a counter when destructed and re-register when copied"
