Update Avogadro, Plank, Boltzmann and e_SI to conform to CLHEP-2.4.4.0 (!1173) · Merge requests · Gaudi / Gaudi

CLHEP has updated some physical constants in version 2.4.4.0.

These are the recommended values for G4 10.7, so we need them to match when we transition to that.

I've marked this as WIP until we're ready to do so, but let's at least open the discussion.
