Added support for the HepPDT vesion 3

  • Added version detection to the FindHepPDT.cmake
  • Added "/lib64" locations when searching for the libraries in FindHepPDT.cmake
  • Modifies the example that uses HepPDT to make it work with HepPDT vesion 3
