Rename (Gaudi)Examples to (Gaudi)TestSuite

This is a first step in the direction suggested with #254. The next step is to add proper examples, but I prefer to start from scratch instead of trying to find actual examples in the old examples directory.

To avoid conflicts, this includes !1562 (merged)
