Search for heptools version only in target platform installs

Rosen Matev requested to merge rmatev/Gaudi:GAUDI-1280.fix-guess_heptools_version into master

Currently, guess_heptools_version looks into InstallAreas for any platform. With this fix it will only try to look at the InstallArea of the current target platform.
