Minor code clean up

Marco Clemencic requested to merge clemenci/Gaudi:fix-warnings into master
  • do not hide warnings by default (GAUDI_HIDE_WARNINGS=OFF)
  • fixed few compilation warnings
  • remove useless xtoa implementation
  • cleaned up compiler command line
  • replaced longlong with 'long long`
  • removed CVS keyword
  • do not abbreviate "title"
