Demoted a few AvalancheSchedulerSvc messages
Demote some messages from INFO to DEBUG.
Incidentally, this change fixes instabilities of the test GaudiExamples.control_flow.toolhandles,
hiding an asynchronous message.
To be rebased on master once !541 (merged) is merged
