The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Remove logic dependent on old flags (GAUDI_V22_API, GAUDI_V20_COMPAT etc)
The old build flags clutter ATLAS and Gaudi source code - makes sense to remove these.
WIP but I'd like to see the CI run on it for the time being.
