Fix EventView crash

Benjamin Michael Wynne requested to merge bwynne/Gaudi_gaudi:viewCrashFix into master

Added Scott's fix for crash when events are deleted while view algorithms are still running

Includes a qmtest that will demonstrate the problem if the appropriate fix is not made.
