Prune IData{Provider,Manager}Svc interface

  • change pure virtual functions which convert their arguments in a 'local' manner, and forward to other pure virtual functions with concrete, inlined implementations, removing the need for all implementations to implement the same code...

  • remove (unused) addNewDataObjects and getNewDataObjects from IHiveWhiteBoard
