Fix message service format in GaudiMP (LHCBPS-1792).

As suggested yesterday by @clemenci , indeed the problem I observed in my GaudiMP tests is that GaudiMP was appending a default hardcoded format to the "Worker/Reader/Writer" tags. Instead the user-defined format (which in my case contains a timestamp too) should be appended.
