Move (optional) AtlasExternal cmake config before GaudiProjectConfig
Playing with LCG95rc1 exposed shortcomings in the interplay of ATLAS & Gaudi cmake configuration. With this MR, the Atlas-External project is configured before the Gaudi Project and the CMAKE_MODULE_PATH variable has Atlas-Externals before Gaudi.
