Minor corrections to MET Mon files

Hi @khamano,

Thanks for starting this migration work. With these changes I could run python ../athena/Trigger/TrigMonitoring/TrigMETMonitoring/python/TrigMETMonitorAlgorithm.py with no problem. The monitoring histogram file shows up and has some dummy histograms filled.
