Compute Module Map from root dump + dead module veto

This MR implements two main features:

  • Possibility to compute a Module Map from the GNN4ITk dump root files (instead of the acorn csv files)
  • Option to ignore some modules when computing a module map, by providing a .txt listing the modules to be ignored. Taken from @wguerin initial implementation for MM computation from csv reader. here it is implemented only on the root file computation, since the csv workflow should be deprecated
