Increase threshold of number of shared edges

Daniel Thomas Murnane requested to merge dmurnane_increase_shared_edges_threshold into dev

Simple change: Increase allowed number of shared edges from 50 to 100. This is not a meaningful increase, in terms of physics. It is only needed since now we count shared edges a little differently. See #79 (closed) for more details. Solves #79 (closed).
