Hardcoding ulimit to prevent problems with RHEL9 default, see: https://access.redhat.com/solutions/1479623 The extreme high default value in RHEL9-based OS's caused a very very long wait time in the mount process of cvmfs. With this change, the behaviour is as before (on Alma8).
