Resolve BMK-115

This is a large set of patches fixing BMK-115. I am adding two scripts that can be used to download logfiles from the CI and store them in a well defined refernec/ directory, and I have added that for all bmks. I have also changed all bmnk scripts and moved around files/directory to ensure a consistent naming/directory convention for all bmks. Before adding the refenece, this was ok on my CI, so it should be ok upstream too.
