Apply new json schema and descriptions

• Change of json schema in atlas (gen, sim), cms(all), alice, lhcb (old parsing) enforcing wl-scores to be used by hep-score
• increased number of events for atlas gen, removed skipEvents
• added description for Atlas gen and sim
• for some container images the major version is increased to v1.0

This merge addresses requirements in BMK-192 BMK-37 BMK-203 BMK-201 BMK-38 BMK-37
