Change of json schema in atlas (gen, sim), cms(all), alice, lhcb (old parsing) enforcing wl-scores to be used by hep-score
increased number of events for atlas gen, removed skipEvents
added description for Atlas gen and sim
for some container images the major version is increased to v1.0

This merge addresses requirements in BMK-192 BMK-37 BMK-203 BMK-201 BMK-38 BMK-37
