v0.3 of CPU+GPU madgraph4gpu benchmark - include pre-built binaries in the standalone image

This is v0.3 of the CPU+GPU madgraph4gpu benchmark.

The main difference with respect to the previous versions is that it includes pre-built binaries in the standalone image (BMK-779)
