Add new multi-arch benchmark for ALICE
requested to merge swenzel/hep-workloads:qa-build-alice-digi-reco-core-run3-ma into qa-build-alice-digi-reco-core-run3-ma
Extending an existing benchmark (alice-digi-reco-core-run3) for ALICE. Now able to execute on x86 and ARM.
Accompanying software version bump.
