Postfit plots

Some additional options for plot polishing/channel. It is the last commits of this sort in this branch. Any further small additions I will do directly on master.

I see that you've added a function called runCmd. However I do not see where it is used within this Merge request. Could you clarify what this function does and where it is used, before I merge?

sorry for coming back to this so late. Thanks a lot for cleaning this up :) I will have one last look and then merge! Thank you for the addition :)

Could you merge the master once more? It seems that there were quite some changes which shouldn't be touched in dhi/util.py.
