Updaing the naming convention of the POIs

Aravind Thachayath Sugunan requested to merge athachay/inference:hhh_nonres_model into hhh_nonres_model
  • moving (c3,d4) --> (kl,k4).
    • The HHHSample takes in c3,d4 to keep consistancy towards the sample name, internally it stores kl,k4 (c3+1 ,d4+1)
  • cleanup of the code
