New btag new samples 207 kill git vol1

added new samples and new file for xsec (@gerbaudo and @orlando please check your HBSM samples) added new btagging for rel 20.7 and patch TRF for running with mv2c10. commenting out some old triggers to let the code run on the new ntuples. Changes in the README to setup the correct release version. be careful with new setup.
