Is meant to be used with the HTTP user agent header. First and foremost meant to improve the offline grid CCDB logging. With this the logs have more information from which program the request came from. Primarily meant to track grid jobs. But also have some defaults for non-grid jobs, for example if using CCDB from a ROOT REPL.
