Draw RMS_res[fit(prt/flt/smt)-smear]_indiv and RMS_res[fit(prt/flt/smt)-truth]_indiv at the same time.
Get a new root file, /figs/output.root, which contains all the plots.
Compile new_tracks.C by executing compile_new_tracks.sh.

Do you have any comments especially on the colors?
