The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Cleanup of the build scripts in CASCADE style
In this MR:
- rename the resulting libraries in the style it was done for cascade: libmycern --> librapgapmycern. So e.g. cascade and rapgap can be installed in the same location w/o any conflicts
- Fixed logic of -I$(HEPMC), so this flag is not used if there is no hepmc.
- Removed GSL and ZLIB includes. These probably came from cascade code.
