Last release of eosd image is pushed to registry.cern.ch/kubernetes, see https://gitlab.cern.ch/kubernetes/storage/eosxd/-/blob/master/.gitlab-ci.yml (job run https://gitlab.cern.ch/kubernetes/storage/eosxd/-/jobs/32554159).

This MR sets the image repo to that address.
