Fix coredns-autoscaler limits

At the moment it's:

    Limits:
      cpu:     20m
      memory:  10Mi
    Requests:
      cpu:        20m
      memory:     10Mi

Which very often leads to the pod being in Crashloop caused by OOM. We need to increase the limit to prevent this from happening.
