Remove prometheus server from master nodes

On a previous patch, we added the prometheus server to the master nodes as to get metrics from the kube components. With #5 (comment 5688446) Spyros tracked a high node disk I/O to a miss behaving prometheus server pod

We decided to move back the prometheus server from running on master nodes.
