Alert when registry backup fails

At the moment the backup fails with the pod going to unknown and the node NotReady, we need alert when the backup fails.

added A-registry p2 labels

After ITTF, we will try to:

1. add a new node in kops-workflows
2. fire the workflow
3. top the node -> pod goes to unknown
4. check if we get an alert

And

1. fire the workflow
2. make the script inside exit with non zero code
3. check if we get an alert
