Fix deprecation of k8s.gcr.io registry

Diogo Filipe Tomas Guerra requested to merge move-k8s.grc-registry into master

Many images from which magnum depends are hosted at k8s.gcr.io which is being decomissioned in favor of registry.k8s.io. Update the replication rules to use the new domain.
