fix: variable escaping of CRD_CHART_NAME in cern-magnum installation script

Jack Charlie Munday requested to merge fix/var-escaping-crd-chart-name into cern/train

All references to CRD_CHART_NAME are nil, I suspect this is because I forgot to escape the variables as done for things like CHART_REPO.
