feat: audit logging rotation

Adds audit logging rotation specifying that:

  • a single log file can be of size 200MB before being rotated,
  • with a maximum of 10 (rotation) files being stored,
  • for up to 30 days.

These are issues identified by kube-bench and in specifying we prevent audit log files from coming all disk on a node (currently limited to 2GB).
