[cern] [k8s] add trustee as secret in kubesystem

Ricardo Rocha requested to merge 7129trusteesecret into cern-queens

Add the Trustee credentials as a secret (named os-trustee) in the kube-system namespace. This should allow easy usage by tools such as the manila provisioner, later others.
