Any files that are only used for testing the COOL build,
are no longer installed alongside of it. Making the size of
a COOL installation quite a bit smaller.

are no longer installed alongside of it. Making the size of
a COOL installation quite a bit smaller.

In ATLAS we are not going to build COOL in an environment in which
Python 2 and 3 would both be used, for different purposes. So we can
just rely on the version variables returned by FindPythonInterp.cmake.

This is now a separate package in ATLAS TDAQ. The dependency on
Qt5 is no longer needed.

Python 3 doesn't have a long type.
