Allow to specify empty list of selected columns & pfn txt dump

By default dpm-dump retrieve columns that are required for XML and JSON format. In case you do some special limited selection it can be useful to exclude columns that are not used, e.g. in case you want to get pfn dump useful for declaring temporary unavailable files to rucio (example for with pfn dump).
