fix on fits O(1M) and adding '2024' key

• fix for fits crashing at >5M candidates (now we are not copying combData to an output file)
• the fits are now dependent on passing the --fileData option
• by avoiding copying large datasets, the scripts are more memory efficient
• this MR also adds a few missing 2022 keys, not seen before using --merge pol option
