Fixing wrong A/CSideYOffset values of Muon Stations for 2024 MC Productions

These are the changes needed in the Muon geometry `MuonParameters.xml' to fix the wrong A/CSideYOffset values for Muon Stations, as discovered with the Muon alignment lhcb-conditions-database!199 (merged) (merged).

To be used for 2024 MC production campaigns. For 2025 MC productions we will have to target upgrade/master instead.
