Correct a typo in SciFi materials

Discussion in Detector!56 [lhcb/Detector!56 (merged)] has shown that there was a typo where chlorine was used rather than carbon in the fibres.

Additionally, there are some mismatches between densities and percentages, for now they are left aside.
