Update of the nominal PMT QE used in the simulation for RICH. The values are from measurements at CERN after corrections for the neutral density filter transmission and the diode optical power (see e.g. https://indico.cern.ch/event/1006764/contributions/4225797). Increase in the RICH occupancy is expected due to those changes.
