Correct EvtGen names of K*_2(1980) in ParticleTable.txt
Spotted in lhcb-dpa/wp6-analysis-preservation-and-open-data/lhcb-ntuple-wizard!14, the EvtGen names of the K_{2}^{*}(1980) had the asterisk in the wrong place.
