Prepare global tags for Sim10 for all data types
Once the production tests to evaluate the effect of the new VELO tuning (MR !24 (merged) (2012), !21 (merged) (2015), !22 (merged) (2016) and !23 (merged) (2017) are evaluated we should prepare new global tags for the Sim10 productions.
In addition to the MR above the global tags should include those for the ECAL/HCAL gains (MR !17 (merged) (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013), !19 (merged) (2010, 2011), !18 (merged) (2012, 2013), !14 (merged) (2015,2016,2017) (2015,2016,2017), !15 (merged) (2015,2016,2017)
All of the above are for both YEAR and YEAR-mu where @clemenci said that once the initial MR are put in the YEAR the YEAR can be merged to YEAR-mu (at least that was the idea but to cross check with him).
Finally issue #1 (closed) is also needed for the 2017 global tags
At the Core Software meeting this week we discussed that for these new global tags in addition to the DataType we want to introduce a SimType in a similar way. @clemenci will let us know where to find the information to do so.
