New Ecal and Hcal calibration for Run2 sim10

These are the final calibrations for Sim10 with Gauss >= v54r3, i.e. Geant4 10.6.p02 and EmOpt2.

Note that the message in the commit is wrong 😒

They need to be propagated also to Sim10/2017, Sim10/2016, Sim10/2015 and the -mu branches.
